Eric F.W. James was raised in the Twin Cities and educated at the University of Minnesota and the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He holds a bachelor’s in Urban Studies and a master’s in Urban and Regional Planning. He spent a year facilitating the Neighborhood Revitalization Program in Minneapolis' Whittier neighborhood and was a real estate market analyst for Maxfield Research.
